I worked in a stressful and energy demanding job. I needed the extra help from keeping me from over-indulging in sugary junk food to keep me working through my day. On Monday night, I had only four hours of sleep because I was tossing and turning. Belly Be Gone really helped curb my appetite. It was really easy to do and take and I'm not really a pill taker. My hardest time of the day is the afternoons, because that is when I wanted to snack and snack and snack. This product really helped eliminate unnecessary snacking and kept me on track. I took the vitamin packet last night before bed. I never have problems sleeping and always sleep great…BUT, when I woke up this morning I have never slept BETTER!
